It’s another episode of Period Time!

Today, we’re breaking it all the way down, what menstruation really means, how your cycle works, and how to finally calculate it with confidence.

No confusion. No stigma. Just clarity.

A couple of days ago, something beautiful happened at Government Secondary School, Airport.
